    The Challenge

    AV distribution runs on slow, manual processes for dealer onboarding, pricing and quoting. GRMS needed a self-serve portal where partners could apply, see dealer pricing and manage orders without endless back-and-forth.

    The Solution

    A B2B dealer portal where integrators, distributors, retailers and consultants apply for partner accounts, unlock dealer pricing, build project quotes and track orders in real time, streamlining the entire partner workflow. (Demo build.)
